Creative Destructions in the Electricity Sector
FGV CERI director Joisa Dutra * wrote the article entitled "Creative Destructions in the Electric Sector", originally published on Estadão's Broadcast.
"The effects of the necessary social distancing and isolation policies in the Covid-19 crisis are already being felt in the economy and in companies in all sectors. In the electricity sector, policy responses have tackled problems such as the lack of payment capacity of users and access to credit and capital for companies. Even so, there is an urgent need to take the opportunity to review structural issues in preparation for a more robust resumption after the crisis ".
