Director of Corporate Management and IT at the Energy Research Company since May 2020 to the present day. He served as Interim President of EPE between February and September 2023. He has worked at EPE for 18 years, serving as Chief of Staff of the Presidency and in the Presidency's Office from 2017 to 2020 and previously as an Advisor in the area of generation planning and energy studies electricity, working in the preparation of Ten-Year Energy Plans, especially in the expansion of generation. She participated in the Inventory Studies of several river basins, developed and coordinated several energy studies.
She has a PhD (2015) and Master's degree (2001) in Civil Engineering, with a specialization in Water Resources and the Environment from COPPE / UFRJ. She completed a sandwich doctorate at Harvard University in the Sustainability Program at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government between September 2012 and August 2013, having been a Fulbright/CAPES Fellow during this period. She was an engineer in the Operation Planning Management of the ONS (National Electric System Operator) from 2001 to 2005 and from 1997 to 2001 she was a Contracted Researcher, Master's Fellow and Intern in the Energy Studies Programs of CEPEL (Electrical Energy Research Center of Eletrobrás).
