Graduated in Economics from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR) and currently in the final year of the academic PhD in Economics at the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV EPGE). His research focuses on applied microeconomics, economic development, and regional and urban economics. He is currently a research fellow at the Center for Regulation and Infrastructure Studies at the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV CERI), working primarily in the area of natural gas.
