PhD candidate and Master in Economics at the Brazilian School of Economics and Finance (FGV EPGE). Graduated in Economics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). He has experience as a research assistant in areas such as Applied Microeconomics, Development Economics and Urban Economics, with an emphasis on data analysis and econometrics. He is currently a research fellow in the area of Water and Sanitation at the Center for Studies in Regulation and Infrastructure (FGV CERI).
