PhD candidate in Economics at the Brazilian School of Economics and Finance (FGV EPGE). As an economic data analyst, he has provided external services for different entities: IDB (Inter-American Development Bank), Nubank, and FGV. Between 2017 and 2019, he was a substitute professor at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). Currently, he is a research assistant at the Center for Regulation and Infrastructure Studies at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV CERI), mainly working in the field of electric energy.
