The researches on Urban Mobility developed by FGV CERI use regulatory tools, focusing on socioeconomic, environmental and financial issues, to address daily problems faced by different stakeholders in the sector. Our studies focus on urban mobility of the future, electric mobility and its interaction with the energy sector, as well as organizational, institutional and economic issues of different modes of urban public and private urban transport.
Based on the multidisciplinary knowledge of its team, FGV CERI, through a holistic approach, seeks to identify, validate and evaluate opportunities for the development of the Urban Mobility sector.

Long Term Financing
One of the main challenges to stimulate the growth and development of infrastructure in Brazil is long-term financing. Considering the difficulties of investments in infrastructure, FGV CERI analyzes and monitors current sources and investigates alternative sources for long-term financing in Brazil. The analysis also takes into account structures implemented in other countries around the world.
FGV CERI seeks to understand, apply and develop technical and technological innovations in data collection and analysis for the development of infrastructure and its regulation in Brazil.
