Although there is some compatibility between private and public sector governance practices, there are still a number of factors that hinder the execution of good governance practices in the public sector, thus hindering their operationalization. In addition to the peculiarities of the regulated sectors themselves, regulation also faces challenges arising from legal issues and the very difficulty of adopting good governance standards.
Faced with the complex existing challenges, which deserve attention, FGV CERI has contributed to the identification of trends and bottlenecks. And in order to advance in the quality of the regulatory governance and in the legal security for the development of the infrastructure in the Country, FGV CERI has been dedicated to propose an agenda for the regulated sectors that are object of study.
