The CERI FGV addressed 1081 sanitation program contracts signed between the municipalities and the state sanitation companies of the Southeast region. The objective is to verify if these contracts have goals related to the provision of well-defined services, that is, specific, measurable and with defined deadlines.
The study will be extended to other regions.
